A talented Spurs’ youngster who joined City on loan briefly in 2004. The tricky winger was a member of Arsenal’s FA Youth Cup winning side in 2001 alongside Jermaine Pennant and Jeremy Aliadiere and made one substitute appearance for the Gunners before moving to deadly rivals Tottenham. The England Youth international made 36 appearances over two years for Spurs and scored a spectacular goal to knock City out of the League Cup in 2003. Peter Reid brought him to Coventry but he did little to demonstrate he had much to offer and was substituted in four of his five starts. Wolves signed him on a free transfer in March 2005 and he made 46 appearances over two years. Signed a two-year contract with Barnsley in August 2007 and made his debut against the Sky Blues. He struggled to hold a place in the side and in April 2008 went on loan to MLS team Toronto FC.
