
Coventry born Baker-Richardson came through the academy with his homewtown club, making his professional debut in December 2013. After loan spells at Tamworth and Ilkeston, he played for non-league clubs including Romulus, Nuneaton Town, Redditch United, Kettering Town, and Leamington. In August 2017, he signed with Swansea City, where he made 17 league appearances and scored three goals. Subsequent moves included Barrow, a loan to Barnet, and a stint at Newport County during the 2021–2022 season. He then joined Crewe Alexandra for two seasons, netting 17 goals in 65 appearances, before returning to Newport County in July 2024.
