The experienced Scottish midfield player was signed on a free transfer from Wolves in the summer of 2006 by Micky Adams. He had a frustrating time at the Ricoh, playing out of position on the right side of midfield and he had little chance to show his goalscoring capability for the Sky Blues. He picked up an injury in January 2007 and City declined to take up a one-year option on his contract and he joined MK Dons. Colin won 28 caps for Scotland after making a name for himself at Raith Rovers and Hearts. He later had spells as manager of Cowdenbeath and Berwick Rangers, then became assistant manager at Airdrieonians before taking up his current role as assistant manager at Raith Rovers.
