
Bedworth born Cain had loan spells at Luton Town and Oxford United, seeking more game time. Eventually, he moved on to play for various lower-league and non-league clubs, including Tamworth and AFC Telford United. His career saw him explore opportunities outside of football and he became well known for his reality television appearances, fitness lifestyle, and charity work. He gained widespread attention for his inspirational efforts in raising awareness and over £1.5m for childhood cancer, following the tragic loss of his daughter from an aggressive form of leukemia.
