Steven Pressley was sacked after a 2-2 draw at Sheff United & McFarlane & Hockaday were caretaker managers for two games: MK Dons (h) won 2-1 & Barnsley (a). New boss Tony Mowbray was appointed on the day prior to the Barnsley game but he let the caretakers take the team.
